Are the tools free?
Yes. All three are free and need no account. Only the programmes are paid: mentorship and consulting, Future Scholars and Research Immersion.
How often is the data refreshed?
Once a year, following the universities' own publication of new course details and admissions figures. Course data was last checked against university pages in October 2026; the admissions statistics were compiled on 29 October 2026. The university's own website is always the final word, so check again before you apply.
How reliable is the course finder?
It covers 2027 entry and is checked line by line against each university's official course pages. The university's own website is always the final word, so check again before you apply.
The tools stop at information; if you would like help turning it into an application plan, from academic planning to interview preparation, our consulting service picks up from there.
