Notes
All applicants must sit the UCAT; selection runs in three stages: academic screen, interview, offers. The best eight GCSE grades are scored. Grades should ideally be achieved at the first attempt; a subject may be repeated once, but the required grade in it then rises by one (e.g. A to A*). For Biology, Chemistry and Physics A-levels, a pass in the practical element is required. Because the requirements recently changed, for 2027 and 2028 entry the university will also consider applicants who are not studying science subjects.
