Notes
If you hold an alternative qualification to A-level Mathematics, you may be asked to sit a Mathematics Aptitude test. Both are also offered "with Industrial Year" (MEng) on the same requirements. Applicants taking the EPQ may also receive an alternative offer one grade lower plus grade B in the EPQ (applies if Birmingham is your firm choice). A grade 2 in a STEP paper could make you eligible for an offer one grade lower (subject requirements still apply); STEP is not required.
